OVERVIEW

At Solace, I design tools that healthcare advocates use to support their patients, focusing on reducing friction in day-to-day workflows and improving how advocates spend their time.

In July 2026, Solace reduced the per-patient logging limit from 30 hours to 12, a major shift in how advocates operated day to day. Alongside this, I conduct user research and collaborated closely with PMs and engineers. Beyond redesigning how this change was communicated, I led projects to help advocates work more productively within the new constraint:

  1. Streamlining timesheet submissions

  2. Reducing duplicate and error-prone tasks

  3. Improving how advocates structure and track patient goals

These changes mattered financially and operationally. Previously, Solace absorbed the cost of advocate overtime, an unsustainable model as the company scaled. My team sustained output and efficiency through a significant operational overhaul, while cutting unnecessary cost.

The full details of these project are under NDA, so I can't share more here. Happy to walk through the details in conversation.
